San Francisco Day 1

What a day. Got here ten minutes late and took the BART to Union Square. Didn't think the hotel would check me in at 11 but they did! Room is cute and a lot bigger than I expected. Grabbed breakfast down the street at Sears Fine Foods, had the seafood omelet. OMG OMG OMG.

Stopped by Cako afterwards for a sugar fix in the form of a maple bacon cupcake and salted caramel macaron.

Then I started shopping. I swear shopping used to be a lot of fun. When I was 21. Now I race through the stores, pick what I need, and get the hell out of there. Lol I have to say, the Forever 21 on Powell kicks the crap out of Vegas's biggest Forever 21. Much more organized and stuff that was sold out online I found here.

After shopping, I headed to Neiman Marcus to meet my friend Michelle for afternoon tea at The Rotunda.

After tea we headed out of the downtown area to Menlo Park for a book signing with this handsome fellow... :-)

Finished off the night with a late dinner at Cafe Colma for some Adobo, lumpia, and halo halo. I love Filipino food and was going to try a fast food joint near my hotel but it was great going to a local gem with some awesome friends!

Great first day, now time for sleep. :-)
