One of the best things about living in Las Vegas is that there are always amazing events. The leader of the Style Writers & Bloggers Group here in town (Christie Moeller from I Can Style U) always puts together the most awesome soirées that are both fun and educational in the best way possible!
Recently, I got to attend the Secrets of Holiday Shopping event at Saks inside Fashion Show Mall. We got to enjoy a really cool fragrance experience with Jo Malone where they told us about all of their amazing scents. Did you know that these fragrances were all designed for layering? They showed us so many fun combinations and sent us home with a bunch of fun samples!
We enjoyed some bites and drinks in one of the “living rooms” inside Saks and it was so much fun mixing and mingling with all the fashion and beauty bloggers I know and a bunch that I’d never met!
The event even had reps from Fashion Show Mall on hand to answer all of our questions and tell us about all the great shopping tips that are perfect for the holidays-
Valet- you can drop your car off at one valet and pick it up at a different one!Alterations- a number of stores inside
Fashion Show offer complimentary alterations to give you a custom tailored fit!
Personal shopping- most of the department stores and a few select boutiques have personal shoppers to help you find the perfect pieces!
Gift wrapping- Bring your receipt to guest services and get up to five packages wrapped for free!
We took home some fun goodies too- Kiko Milano nail polish, YSL samples and best of all- a Fashion Show gift card so we can get a jumpstart on our holiday shopping!
