When I first moved to Vegas, the Downtown area was not a place anyone really wanted to go.
Now, Downtown has some of the best restaurants and so much art and culture. We got to really enjoy one of the newer installments for our Spooky Soiree Halloween Brunch- we celebrated with a fun costumed event at 7th & Carson!
The space is beautiful- there are so many Instagram-worthy corners and spots. There's a fun outdoor patio and a great indoor space with an open kitchen concept and a full bar.
We began the afternoon with delicious watermelon cocktails on the outdoor patio. It was the perfect spot to gather and enjoy our Halloween "treats" which came in the form of Sugarpova Spooky Sour gummies, Pistache Skincare divine oils, Red Cherry Lash gift sets, and Purlisse sheet masks. All the perfect goodies for a relaxing weekend and Halloween fun!
Once everyone arrived, we shared a toast on the patio and then moved to a long set of tables inside the restaurant. The owner and chef were amazing and checked on dietary restrictions before they started bringing out the amazing dishes.
We started our meal with the Yogurt Parfait which had some awesome toasted granola along with berries and honey. We loved the gorgeous presentation!
Next we had the Grilled Peach and Burrata salad which was the perfect combination of salty and sweet with the bitter arugula and pesto. We also sampled the Breakfast Pizzetta which combined everything we love about breakfast and pizza (and was gone before I could get a good shot).
The Avocado Toast and Brioche French Toast (with a delicious lavender syrup) were delicious and so gorgeous. These standard brunch staples were all really amazing and had fun twists to make them more unique (and more delicious).
We finished our meal with the Chicken and Waffles which one of our foodies said were the best waffles she's ever had (and that's saying a lot). We devoured them quickly (hence the lack of photo) because they were so amazing!
We ended the event with another round of those amazing, spicy watermelon cocktails and we even took them outside for Boomerangs and photos. We all had such a fun time and everyone showed up in costume! We had a great variety of homemade costumes too (mine included since I had a pirate vest in my regular wardrobe).
A huge thank you to 7th & Carson for hosting our fun Halloween event! Thank you to Pistache Skincare, Sugarpova, Red Cherry Lashes, and Purlisse for the awesome event swag!
As usual, all opinions are my own.
