Work uniforms... Are you a fan?

I love having a work uniform. No it's not the most attractive thing I've ever worn, but I love it for these reasons:

 

• I don't have to wonder what I'm going to wear when I'm groggy in the morning.
• I don't have to buy clothes based on their level of cuteness in and out of work.
• I don't have to pay for work clothes AT ALL.
• I look like a team player.

One of my coworkers is constantly throwing a fit about the uniform because she wants to look sexy all the time. I don't get it. I come to work to work, not flirt or pick up men (especially when the age group I work with is generally 60 and up). I like looking like I'm part of the team and not having to wonder if my skirt is too short or if what I'm wearing is inappropriate. It makes things so much easier! Our uniforms are provided for us and they give us a lot of shirts. So many that I don't have to do work laundry until the weekend. That's awesome! I definitely could not say the same thing about regular clothes.

 

So what's your take on work uniforms?

 

On another note, more Halloween! This year the theme was zombies.
