A couple weeks ago, I got the coolest invitation- an exclusive luncheon to view the new Monique L'Huillier collection at Neiman Marcus! I'd never been to that type of event before so since it was right before Mother's Day, mom and I made a little outing to Fashion Show Mall to enjoy the event.
The event was held in a private event space within Neiman Marcus and the set-up was gorgeous! There was one long table set up with gorgeous floral bouquets, menus, and the most beautiful (and wonderful smelling) Monique L'Huillier candles. We chatted with the other ladies in attendance and everyone was friendly and excited. We were greeted at the door with champagne and sparkling water and the most gorgeous view of the fountain at Wynn Las Vegas.
The luncheon was absolutely so much fun. The food was good and the fashion show was so fun and interactive. Essentially, as we enjoyed our meal, the models would come out in different pieces. The reps would tell us about the outfit and answer all of our questions (like, what colors it comes in) and the models would show off the gorgeous pieces.
Everything was so beautiful!
I have loved Monique L'Huillier's designs for years; I'm a huge fan of lace and seeing her amazing pieces is always so much fun. When I was younger, I would scour fashion magazines and the award show issues of tabloids to look at all the beautiful gowns and hers were often my favorites.
The embroidery on these gowns was insane! So gorgeous!
We even got to see one of the outfits from Fifty Shades Darker.
We had an absolute blast at this event. Thanks so much to Monique L'Huillier and Neiman Marcus for putting together such a fabulous afternoon!
